| After many years of accumulation,the civil aircraft development group has built a wide range of management information system.Due to historical reasons,different techniques are used in different period.Different management information systems often conflicts.They form islands of information.These information islands bring a lot of inconvenience to the management work of the civil aircraft development group.Among these problems,there are three points which are more prominent.First,different management information systems need maintain their own independent organization and user information.It makes system operations and maintenance become more difficulty.Second,business processes are scattered in different management information systems,which takes a lot of inconvenience to the the integration and transformation of processes.Third,management department implement their own information systems within their respective jurisdictions,so that the internal information systems of the group are independent to each other.Business information can not be shared.In order to solve the practical problems in the civil aircraft development group,this paper takes the construction of the integrated platform as a background,in view of the realization of the unified planning,construction,management and centralized management of the actual needs of the management system.We take BPM(Bussiness Process Management)and SOA(Service-Oriented Architecture)two kinds of technology to design and implement an integrated management information system.The system takes the Cordys BOP(Business Operation Platform)as the basic middleware platform.It realizes the synchronous management of the organization and user data,and also realizes the integration of business information and business process of the civil aircraft development group.The test and application shows that the system can solve the main problems in the process of the development of civil aircraft.Compared with other systems,this paper shows the points below:(1)For the problem of the independent maintenance of the organizational structure data,this paper bases on the webservice data transfer technology,and has established the organization and user data center in the civil aircraft development group.Through the realization of the function,the civil aircraft development group realizes the organizational structure data synchronization between the application systems,which greatly reduces the operation cost.(2)For the problem of business process implementation method are different from each other.This paper studies the BPM technology and proposes a business process integration scheme which is based on workflow technology and enterprise application integration technology.Besides,it detailed describe the design and implementation of business process integration.The implementation of the program is more convenient and quickly,which not only solves the problem of the integration of the business process,but also provides a feasible way for the enterprise to realize the unified examination and approval of the management process.(3)For the problem of each system to be independent from each other and business information can not be shared.The paper studies the SOA technology and points out that there is a clear relationship between the business information in the civil aircraft development group.At the same time,through the SOA service integration technology to achieve the systems integration.Through the successful implementation of the function,it can effectively solve the problem of the integration of business information in the group,and provides a feasible route for the integration of business information. |
