| With the rapid development of economy and society,the number of motor vehicles and drivers had gained a rapid growth.According to the beginning of 2014 statistics,drivers under 3 years of driving experience had reached to the number of 91.25 million.In the next period,the drivers will still growing at an average of about 20,000,000 people a year.A large number of road traffic accidents had happened due to the poor driving skills as well as weak emergency disposal ability of the new drivers.Compare with Europe and the United States and other countries which were around the pass rate of 30%-50%,current subject three test score system is not perfect in our country,the road test qualified rate artificially high.A batch of unqualified new drivers on the road,which cause great hidden trouble to the road traffic safety.This paper was to make full uses all kinds of techniques to achieve full supervision of subject three examinations,meanwhile,to realize the identity verifications,take pictures of exam,locate test vehicles,submit exam records and other aspects of real-time communication,the research works carried out in this paper are as follows:1 Makes a detailed description of the driver subject three test requirements basing on practice of public security work.The paper solve the examiner authentication and candidates qualification according to the ministry of public security test regulatory requirements.Besides,the paper puts the exam at the third party regulatory conditions so as to record the process of the examination and improve the timeliness and objectivity of the result.2 The paper designed the real-time communication server system,FTP file transfer server system,vehicle system and background management workstation system by using the TCP socket communication,FTP file transfer communication,MD5 encryption data compression,GPS positioning and timing,video acquisition and processing technology.3 In this article,the paper introduced the system implementation process through referencing code key technologies and system interface display.And for the pressure test system communication.At present the system has been put into use in a prefecture-level DMV in order to meet the identity,regulatory,report card generating and other important tasks of the subject three.the paper fully proved the stability and practicability of the system by realizing the real-time process and objective examination.The system has been designed basing on the characteristics of the subject three examination.The main achievement was the design of a suitable network communication system,which made the road exam’s full supervision possible.the system prevented cheating in the exam,moreover,increased the work efficency.The results of this paper had been put into practical application.It will play a reference role to the supervisions of subject three examination in the whole country. |
