The Conservation Design Study On The Hainan Traditional Volcanic Village

Traditional village is precious heritage,which is gradually formed during the thousands years civilization,reflecting native history,regional culture and local characteristics.However,with the development of modernization,urbanization,new rural construction and rural tourism,the traditional village is facing serious problems of hasten recession,hollowing out and deactivation in recent years.Against the background of new urbanization,it has become an important topic to protect the immaterial culture that reflects the traditional culture and regional village life and production,having traditional villages passed and developed in modern society life based on the protection of material carrier of the village history and culture.Also,it’s a question worth deep discussion that to balance between the protection and development of traditional villages with proper "degree".Hainan traditional volcanic village is the oldest,largest and most complete local volcanic culture living heritage.With the rapid development of urbanization in our country,Hainan traditional volcanic is also facing the problems of accelerating the recession,hollowing out,fragmentation and some other serious ones.This paper takes the protecting of national traditional villages as the background,establishing on Hainan traditional volcanic village conservation design.Also,paper explores the formation and development of Hainan traditional volcanic village through the field research of local representative village,analyzing and combing the form and characteristics of the villages,in culture of basalt geological,summarizing the main problems of the villages in the current and proposing the conservation design strategy from two aspects of material and immaterial dimensions.Based on the protection of traditional villages in material form,the paper explores the active protection of regional village landscape,authenticity,sustainability,and nostalgia from the perspectives of regional and native,pristine,nationality life and production style.Finally,paper provides reference for protective design work of Hainan traditional volcanic village,also providing basic information and reference for the protection of traditional villages in the country.
