| The research of insect scale flapping wing micro air vehicle(FMAV)over the past decade have significantly increased.The motivation comes from the demand of miniature,flexible flight in the restricted or dangerous environment.Such excellent flying ability is widespread in nature flying insects.So imitating the insects to make the FMAV becomes a promising research direction.To achieve this goal,the design of the chest and the processing steps is necessary.But in insect scale,the commonly used structure and processing methods are no longer suitable for this particular scale,needing to study a set of suitable way for micro scale FMAV body design and the corresponding processing method.First of all,according to the insect body structure and a summary of micro structure of aircraft,we develop a suitable design standard for our own FMAV.After the preliminary design of the FMAV,we combined with space unfolding mechanism design theory,optimumed design and manufacturing methods,determined the structure size parameters of micro flapping wing flight vehicle,and explored single drive and double drive two different drive mode of micro flapping wing flight vehicle unfolding mechanism of design and manufacturing processing.Then,studied the double drive micro flapping wing flight vehicle unfolding mechanism of technological process,including the material selection,method for manufacturing process,key technologies of processing.Finally,we used technologies such as laser processing to produce double displacement piezoelectric micro flapping wing flight vehicle folding mechanism,and after the release we got 100 mg double micro flapping wing flight vehicle,and tested the experiment of the flexibility of the whole machine. |
