Flight control system is one of essential component parts in the civil aircraft.Through deflecting the rudder,the system can help manipulate the attitude of aircraft,which greatly improves the flight quality.As for the problem on atmospheric disturbance during the flight,this dissertation aims to design the control law of gust load alleviation and establish the integrated simulation platform of the flight control system.The experiment can play an important role in completing the virtual experiment of flight control system in civil aircraft.The main contribution of this dissertation can be summarized as follows:The main contribution of this dissertation can be summarized as follows:1.Through taking one certain civil aircraft as the research object,the program of gust load alleviation control is analyzed deeply.Then as for the problem of atmospheric disturbances of aircraft,the mathematical model of the gust-aircraft integrated linear system is established.With the help of Matlab,the effectiveness of the designed control law can be demonstrated.2.On the basis of the characteristics of the rudder surface of the civil aircraft,the simulation of the rudder system is carried out.Firstly,the multi-body dynamics model of the rudder motion mechanism is established by resorting to Motion software and the 3D motion visualization simulation is also presented.Secondly,together with the mathematical model of hydraulic system of rudder surface of civil aircraft,the hydraulic system model is also established based on AMESim software.Finally,as the two models achieved above,through combining the rudder surface multi-body dynamics model and the hydraulic system model with gust load alleviation control,the rudder control is introduced into the rudder surface system.Then the co-Simulation technique is used to analyze the closed-loop coupling simulation system in AMESim.On the basis of the multidisciplinary collaborative simulation,it can effectively illustrate of the running condition of rudder surface in the flight control system.3.The output of the rudder system is used as the input data bus input.The integrated model of the flight control system is driven by the output database.The avatar data visualization software of flight control system is developed on the basis of Matlab and Visual Studio to visualize the avionics data.The effectiveness of the software is finally verified.
