Switched reluctance motor is widely used for its simple structure and excellent performance.The stable operation of switched reluctance motor depends on accurate rotor position information.Traditional position sensor such as photoelectric sensor and the Hall position sensor are easily affected by the high temperature,grease and dust,while the eddy current sensor is suitable for switched reluctance motor operating environment.At present,the research of eddy current sensor mostly focuses on non-destructive flaw detection and distance detection.Combining the excellent detection ability of eddy current sensor with rotor position information to design an eddy current sensor based on switched reluctance motor is of research significance.The research of rotor position detection of eddy current sensor based on switched reluctance motor needs to study the electromagnetic performance of eddy current sensor first.ANSYS software is used to establish the three-dimensional electromagnetic field model of the eddy current sensor acting on the rotor position disk,and its electromagnetic characteristics and output characteristics are simulated.According to the comparison and analysis of the characteristic curve of the equivalent impedance of the probe coil with the rotor position curve during a rotation period,the equivalent resistance of the probe coil is separated out as a detection value for the measuring circuit.According to different functions,the measurement circuit is divided into current source conversion module,multiplier module,low-pass filter module,voltage amplification and comparison module.Select correct integrated chip and components to simulate each module in the environment of saber software to verify the rationality of the module design.Use Altium Designer software to draw schematic diagram and corresponding PCB.Wind the probe coil and build an experimental platform to verify the actual function of each module of the measurement circuit.The experiment of detecting rotor position information by eddy current sensor verified the correctness of theoretical analysis.
