The overall scheme evaluation and decision-making is an important part for the development of a new helicopter,which determines the design goals and preferences of the overall scheme.Because of increasingly maturer technology of helicopters,the development of new helicopters pays more attention to economy,practicality and comfort,that is,mission-oriented design.Typical mission capability assessment,power spectrum calculation,and ergonomics assessment are important modules and key issues for mission-oriented helicopter overall approach assessment methods.In this paper,the research on the mission-oriented overall evaluation method for helicopters is mainly carried out,the typical mission capability assessment model,the power spectrum calculation model and the ergonomics evaluation model,and the overall scheme of the helicopter are verified by the example.The validity and usability of the model are evaluated by the example helicopter.This paper firstly conducts theoretical research on the mission-oriented overall comprehensive evaluation method for helicopter,including the evaluation index system establishment,evaluation index quantification,weight distribution and multi-objective comprehensive evaluation decision-making methods.Secondly,based on the given technical indicators and typical helicopter mission,the principle and method of mission-oriented profile are proposed.Based on the typical mission profile,a typical mission capability assessment model is established,and a scientific and reasonable scoring mechanism is proposed and produced.Then according to the typical mission profile analysis,the principles and methods of compiling the advanced helicopter flight spectrum are studied,and the power spectrum calculation based on the integral method of the momentum-blade element theory is carried out for the full-part state of the helicopter during the whole life cycle of the flight spectrum.Finally,the ergonomic evaluation model of helicopter is established,and comprehensive evaluation is carried out from four aspects: cockpit environment,man-machine function allocation,display and control layout,function configuration and spatial layout.An objective weighting method,namely stratification factor method,is proposed.Based on the weight distribution result of the method and the expert estimation method,the final weight distribution result is obtained by multi-objective improved genetic algorithm optimization.
