For the new aerodynamic layout of high-speed aircraft flying in full velocity range,a new aerodynamic analysis method is needed in the preliminary design phase to meet the preliminary design requirements.This method requires no limitation for the aerodynamic layout type,quick response for the requirements of the preliminary design stage,and satisfying the accuracy and automation requirements of the preliminary design stage.There is currently no single method in China to complete the aerodynamic analysis of the full velocity range.Aiming at different flight speeds,the most effective aerodynamic analysis method is adopted.The so-called "most effective" means that it is suitable for the flight speed range,the calculation time is the shortest and can meet the above requirements.the main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Introduces several mainstream parametric modeling methods and their comparisons.The parametric modeling process of wing components,airframe components and other equipment components are carried out using the CAD parametric geometric modeling method of the main components of the aircraft.Eventually based on the above modeling method,I show a design example.(2)In the subsonic stage,automatically generate the configuration grid automatically by Pointwise(a computational grid generation tool)with Glyph script language.The panel method and its theory are introduced,and Panair is used as the solver.According to the problem solving process,a subsonic fast aerodynamic calculation program is compiled,which integrates pre-processing and post-processing.Finally,the feasibility and reliability of the method are verified by a case.(3)The supersonic panel method is introduced.The calculation method of supersonic aerodynamic characteristics based on local surface slope method and the correction method of viscous drag are described in detail.The earth's atmosphere model is established,and a set of fast supersonic aerodynamic calculation program integrating pre-processing and post-processing is compiled.The feasibility and reliability of the method are verified by a case.(4)A parametric geometric modeling module and a fast aerodynamic analysis module are integrated.With this program,combined with experimental design method,Kriging agent model and genetic optimization algorithm,a fast aerodynamic shape optimization design of aircraft can be carried out.Finally,a high-speed vehicle is taken as the research object,and the lift-drag ratio is taken as the optimization objective to optimize the fast aerodynamic configuration,so as to obtain the optimal solution.The results have great reference value for the aircraft in the preliminary design stage.
