As the performance of the new generation of helicopters continues to improve,higher requirements have been put forward for the control of the turboshaft engine.This paper conducts control research on a real micro turboshaft engine in the laboratory,involving the overall design of the control system,control algorithm design,electronic controller design and control system test verification.(1)The overall design of the control system.The paper first analyzes the structural characteristics of the micro turboshaft engine and formulates the overall plan of the engine control plan and control system.The control plan includes a start control plan,a stop control plan,a state adjustment control plan,and a fuel acceleration and deceleration control plan.The overall control system is divided into sensors,actuators and electronic controller.(2)Research on control algorithm of micro turboshaft engine.Based on the open-loop test data,this paper establishes a numerical steady-state ARX series fitting model for the state of the engine above idle,and designs the nonlinear model predictive control algorithm.Based on the least squares method,a linear variable parameter model is established as the prediction model.The quadratic programming algorithm is used to calculate the optimal control quantity.The feedback correction module is designed to eliminate the steady-state error caused by the model mismatch.The numerical simulation verifies the control effect of the designed algorithm.(3)Electronic controller design.The electronic controller consists of a core controller and an electric fuel pump controller.The core controller is responsible for sensor signal acquisition,control law calculation and control instruction output.The electric fuel pump controller is responsible for precise control of the electric fuel pump motor speed.The core controller is based on ARM.The design considers the sensor signal interference problem and the real-time communication problem.The electric fuel pump controller takes DSP as the core and adopts sensorless field oriented control technology.(4)Control system test verification.According to the overall design of the control system,the hardware-in-loop test platform and the bench test platform of the control system are built.The feasibility and control effect of the control system are verified by the hardware-in-loop test,and then the micro turboshaft engine bench control test is carried out.The test results show that: 1)the designed control system can stably and reliably realize the start,stop and state adjustment control of the micro turboshaft engine;2)the adjustment time of NMPC is 3~4 seconds less than cascade PI with the pitch angle feedforward,nonlinear model predictive control has better control effect.
