Under the impetus of technology and demand,the cockpit display system of the aircraft is developing in the direction of integration and universalization,and its functional requirements and task complexity are also increasing.Although the ARINC661 specification has unified the interface specifications between avionics,the massive and unreadable binary data in the avionics bus still brings great inconvenience to the process of the correctness verification and error checking during the system development and debugging.In order to detect and analyze the bus data better and shorten the time consuming of the troubleshooting stage,the visualization processing technology of ARINC661 avionics bus data is studied in this paper.Firstly,the requirement of visualization technology of ARINC661 avionics bus data is analyzed in detail.The overall scheme of software is designed.Secondly,according to the processing sequence of instruction data by the software,the preprocessing function of instruction data is studied.An efficient and convenient data storage and cleaning method is designed.The instruction type library is established to help parse the instruction data.The instruction error self-detection function is designed to detect the instruction whose parameters are out of bounds in the analysis result.Then,the function of instruction data visualization is studied.According to the definition file,the instance set of the widget is established to realize the simulation display of the screen.The interactive logic of the widget is designed based on the simulation screen,and the query technology of the widget property is studied.The mapping relationship between the control instruction and the widget is established,and the bidirectional capture function between the command and the widget is realized.Finally,the software test environment and methods are defined.The test cases are designed to test the software developed in this paper.The software developed in this paper has been successfully applied to the development and debugging of the aircraft cockpit display system.The practical application show that the software can run stably and reliably for a long time,and the user interface is friendly.It greatly shortens the troubleshooting time and development cycle of avionics system.It is of great national defense value.
