With the development of computer technology and software technology,optical design has become much more convenient than before in the field of optics,and optical processing technology has become more and more difficult to study and develop,optical alignment technology is the research focus of optical processing technology.Traditional optical alignment technology relies on people's subjective experience to constantly adjust the optical system to meet the requirements.Such a method has strong subjectivity,low installation and adjustment efficiency and cannot meet the requirements of high-precision optical equipment.In this paper,based on the research of the alignment of slit-lamp microscope rotating drum,a digital alignment method is studied,which can convert the location information of alignment into digital information.The main research contents of this paper include:1.The source and definition of optical axis error are expounded,and the optical axis error in the slit-lamp rotating drum is analyzed,then the common optical axis consistent alignment method and the optical axis parallel alignment method are studied,and the optical axis error detection scheme using double cross lines is proposed according to the optical axis alignment problem of the rotating drum.2.The method of obtaining the image cross center is studied,and the method is proposed which preprocesses the image at first,then uses Hough transformation to find the straight line,and finally finds the center by the intersection of straight lines.Typical image clarity evaluation algorithms are studied,and the related algorithms are evaluated by using standard image library and cross images.The conclusion is drawn that the improved image gradient clarity evaluation algorithm is more suitable for cross image sharpness evaluation.3.The optical system and software system of rotary drum detection and calibration system are studied.The optical system includes kohler lighting light path using LED lamp,double cross line optical detection of main light path,and the installation and calibration method are introduced.The software system is designed based on OpenCV vision library and image processing algorithm.It is a digital detection and calibration software for real-time processing of video images taken by CCD cameras in the detection optical path.4.On the basis of theoretical research,the alignment system of rotating drum is established,and the construction method and steps of the alignment light path are studied.Through the analysis of experiment and data,it is determined that the optical axis error of the alignment system should be less than 7.3 pixels,and the clarity resolution range of the image in each ratio is established as the standard for the alignment.
