As a kind of medium transmission and bearing components,aviation conduits have been widely used in the aviation field,and it has important functions such as power transmission,fluid transportation and cable protection.The piping system is the last system to be loaded into the aircraft.Its assembly accuracy is affected by the assembly of other components.It was often the case that the conduits formed as required cannot be installed in the intended position of aircraft.Therefore,this paper proposes a secondary bending forming of an aviation conduit that does not meet the assembly requirements.It was manufactured to meet assembly requirements by adjusting its bending angle to compensate for errors caused by manufacturing and assembly.The bending mechanism of the tube was analyzed by analytic method,and the defect areas and types were determined during the bending process of the tube.For evaluating the quality of tube after forming,the quality evaluation indexes of maximum thinning rate,maximum thickening rate,ovality,wrinkle degree,springback radius and springback angle are proposed.A method of tube secondary bending considering the residual effect of initial forming is proposed.In the method,the finite element simulation of secondary bending of aviation conduits was carried out under the condition of the thickness distribution,the section deformation and the residual stress of the aviation conduits after the rotary draw bending forming.Meanwhile,with the goal of maximum thinning rate,maximum thickening rate,ovality and wrinkle after forming,the optimal secondary bending forming process parameters of the aviation conduit were determined by the combination of response surface optimization and finite element simulation.Finally,the established finite element model of the tube bending forming and secondary bending forming was verified by experiments.Finally,based on the Python programming language,the ABAQUS software was secondary developed,and an analysis system for the optimization of the process parameters of the secondary bending forming of the conduit was developed.Achieve the rapid establishment of the secondary bending forming finite element model of the aviation conduit,and the forming quality evaluation index of conduit and the finite element analysis report were automatically extracted.
