As the most critical link in the flight process,the pilot’s control performance directly affects the navigation safety.In this paper,the influence of pilot’s maneuvering behavior on aircraft control and navigation safety is discussed from the perspective of pilot’s man-aircraft system in the loop,and the pilot’s maneuvering behavior in the approach stage is modeled.Firstly,this paper sorted out the research status of pilots’ manipulations at home and abroad.Then,starting from human physiology,simulation experiments were conducted on the influence of human motion perception,flight environment changes and other conditions on pilots’ manipulations,and PSD processing and analysis were conducted on pilots’ manipulations.Secondly,the improper control of pilots will lead to man-machine coupling oscillation to a large extent,endangering flight safety.This paper chooses two typical maneuvering behaviors of pilots,pitch tracking and course tracking,to conduct man-aircraft closed-loop simulation.By adjusting the parameters of structured pilots model and simulating the interaction between pilots and aircraft,it tries to analyze the causes and solutions of adverse phenomena such as man-machine coupling from the perspective of pilots.Because human is a very complex non-linear system,it is very difficult to model pilot’s control behavior directly.Therefore,in this paper,the pilot’s main observation error,control information and aircraft response information during the pilot’s approach are collected through the related approach flight experiment carried out on the CESSNA 172 simulator in the laboratory,and the pilot’s control behavior in different flight environments is studied and analyzed.Finally,aiming at the approaching stage,the "black box" model of pitch control and roll control of pilots is trained with ANFIS using the data collected from flight experiments as input and output,and the relevant validation is carried out.The maneuvering model trained by ANFIS can be used not only to further study pilots’ maneuvering behavior,but also to evaluate pilots’ approaching performance.
