Graphene aerogel is a three-dimensional structure in which graphene is used as a basic unit of structure,and each layer is formed by bending and rewinding and stacking and folding.It has the characteristics of light weight,low density,high porosity,high Young's modulus and high electron mobility,and has wide applications in various fields such as physical chemistry.In this paper,different graphene aerogel reduction reaction time and heat treatment temperature were designed to test the pressure sensitivity test of the finished aerogel.The effects of different fabrication processes on the pressure sensitive properties of graphene aerogel specimens were measured.The process of producing a graphene aerogel sensor with the best performance is obtained.And the analysis and summary,the pressure-sensitive performance curve of the graphene aerogel sensor is obtained.By compressing the graphene aerogel multiple times and testing its electrical resistance,the influence of the number of cycles on the pressuresensitive property of graphene aerogel was tested.It was concluded that graphene aerogel not only has good compression recovery,but also The pressure sensitivity is also not changed by multiple deformations.The performance of the embedded graphene aerogel sensor in concrete is also studied.It is embedded in steel fiber reinforced concrete and basalt fiber flexible grid concrete,and different aerogel cross-section size and embedding depth are set to explore its working performance inside concrete,graphite with different embedding depth.The resistance curves of olefin aerogels in concrete are generally the same,and both show a tendency of decreasing rate of decline.Graphene aerogels with different cross-sectional areas have roughly the same law of force variation inside concrete,and the pressure sensitivity of aerogel is still effective inside concrete.At the same time,the impact of the embedded graphene aerogel sensor on the mechanical properties of concrete was also studied in this experiment.The embedding amount of graphene aerogel sensor has a certain influence on the compressive strength of concrete.With the increase of the content,the compressive strength of concrete is lower and lower.For the flexural strength and impact resistance of concrete,the effect is greater than the compressive strength.
