| Damage self-healing properties of asphalt road use performance of asphalt concrete pavement is extremely important,but the related research is usually focused on the use of macro test to assess the effects of a break of asphalt material life extension,and asphalt material damage self-healing behavior essentially consists of the microscopic nature,so I need a good cognitive microstructure of asphalt,asphalt internal healing the relationship between microstructure and its damage as theoretical basis,to master its microscopic structure and damage the laws between the self-healing,to understand the damage selfhealing properties of asphalt,and then for the production of high-performance asphalt materials provide valuable advice.Aiming at these problems,from the microstructure of asphalt and modified asphalt,first of all,based on the independent design tensile loading device combined with atomic force microscopy,exert tensile strain of asphalt sample,to observe the change of microstructure and mechanical properties of asphalt,asphalt microscopic scales the damage process of asphalt microstructure research the change law of damage under tensile load,and analyze the different modifier on microscopic morphology and microscopic damage characteristics of asphalt.Secondly,by using atomic force microscope for asphalt microcosmic geometry and viscoelastic parameters,through the finite element software to simulate the microscopic analysis for asphalt,microscopic analysis of asphalt in the stress of tensile strain conditions,the observation of microscopic model in the process of the whole simulation,stress and strain change and through the simulation results compared with macroscopic experimental results analysis,asphalt material is obtained under the microscopic damage mechanism.Finally,AFM was used to conduct self-healing experiments on the damaged asphalt and modified asphalt,to analyze the changes in the micro-morphology and micromechanical properties of different asphalt after self-healing,and to compare the healing effects of different asphalt materials.In addition,molecular simulation technology is used as the research method to analyze the self-healing ability of asphalt molecular models established according to different proportions of four components,and to study the relationship between asphalt self-healing performance and its molecular structure characteristics,so as to obtain the micro-level self-healing characteristics of asphalt. |
