| In the northern part of China,the amount of snowfall in winter is large,and the road is easy to accumulate snow and ice,which is extremely unfavorable for driving safety and transportation efficiency.The existing road de-icing methods have certain limitations,so the rapid and efficient deicing of the road surface is of great significance for ensuring the safety and efficiency of winter driving.Nowadays,the microwave heating technology is applied to the road deicing technology,and the melting of ice and snow by microwave heating can achieve the purpose of rapid and efficient deicing.In this paper,fly ash,carbonyl iron powder,iron oxide powder and magnetite ore were added to cement concrete to study the effects of different materials and different dosages on the mechanical properties of concrete and microwave deicing efficiency.The addition of these materials does not substantially adversely affect the mechanical properties of the concrete.Adding magnetite ore can improve the mechanical properties of concrete.For the mechanical properties of concrete,the optimum dosage of iron oxide powder is 3%,carbonyl iron powder is 5%,and iron oxide powder is superior to carbonyl iron powder.When studying the microwave deicing efficiency,it was found that within 8 cm from the emitting end,the concrete heated up rapidly,and the heating rate decreased as the depth increased.When microwave deicing,the heat of carbonyl iron powder concrete is concentrated on the near surface,and the deicing effect is good,followed by 15% fly ash concrete.Finally,the effects of different materials on the durability of concrete under microwave irradiation were studied.The temperature change caused by microwave irradiation increases the water absorption of concrete,and the water absorption of concrete with 1mm-2mm magnetite increases by 45.9%.Under microwave melting conditions,the addition of absorbing materials does not increase the degree of salt freezing damage of concrete.The concrete with iron oxide powder is more damaged by salt freezing under microwave irradiation,and the concrete with magnetite is more stable under different conditions. |
