University comprehensive teaching building is usually one of the most important buildings on campus.Reasonable evacuation of campus teaching building is an important basis to ensure the safety of life in the teaching building.Since the beginning of the new century,the construction speed of China’s colleges and universities has been accelerating,the scale of colleges and universities has been expanding,and the functions have been gradually integrated.Meanwhile,in the process of evacuation,people are often used to form small groups for evacuation,which will easily cause chaos in the process of evacuation to different degrees,resulting in secondary casualties and economic losses.As the concept of higher education changes,the architecture itself is also changing.As the material carrier of university teaching function,teaching architecture must meet the realistic requirements of the new era and conform to the development trend of contemporary university teaching architecture.The evacuation of comprehensive teaching buildings in colleges and universities should first define the fire mechanism of teaching buildings,the rules of small group behavior and movement,the combined form of teaching buildings and so on.It provides the theoretical basis for the following related simulation and strategy optimization.The special role of small group behavior in evacuation process is discussed by studying the construction of comprehensive teaching building in colleges and universities.On this basis,the characteristics and related concepts of evacuation design of university buildings are defined.This paper analyzes the relevant principles of the research,introduces the evacuation simulation software,and explains the influence of small group action on the emergency evacuation process.Secondly,through data collection and field investigation,the statistical classification of university education space at home and abroad was conducted,the basic model of spatial scale and plane form of university education building was found,and several typical fire scenarios were proposed.The purpose of this study is to ensure the evacuation and safety of personnel in the comprehensive teaching building of colleges and universities.In this study,there is no in-depth study on the comprehensive influence of various factors affecting evacuation design,and further research is needed.
