| With the increment in the city planning to the design of the stock of transition,City catering space and transport network infrastructure as an important part of urban space,bottom-up planning of city dining space and the height of the traffic network in particular is the key to improve spatial accessibility.With the development of the economic level,the dining space as a place for meet ing the demand of urban residents basic living request,one of the at the same time with the additional features such as communication,leisure and entertainment,especially with a huge boost to the promotion of urban vitality,so the spatial distribution pattern is one of the important research content of urban design.At present,the study of urban catering space more from a qualitative perspective,pay attention to the cuisine of catering industry itself,degree of concentration,but not from a more scientific method for catering space layout rationalization and residents accessibility design basis is put forward.The economic development of Nanshan District in Shenzhen is rapid,the basic supporting facilities are perfect and the retail format has a high level of development.Therefore,although the spatial pattern of the catering industry is formed for spontaneous organization,the space form after the market selection is more abundant and has a more obvious spatial law.On the basis of this study,the representativeness and typicality of dining space layout are relatively good.The network data set is set up with the field investigation of Nanshan District catering space and the collection and mastery of information and traffic network,such as geographical location,quantity and scale.The relationship between the layout of Nanshan District dining space and the relationship of traffic accessibility is analyzed by using the spatial analys is and network analys is method of the ArcGIS.In order to explore the rule of restaurant layo ut based on accessibility.First,using the spatial analysis method of ArcGIS,this paper analyzes the current distribution characteristics of Nanshan District catering space from three perspectives of space function,space structure and space form.Second ly,using the network analysis method and cumulative opportunity model of ArcGIS,it evaluates the accessibility of food and beverage space by three kinds of transportation modes of rail transportation,cars and walking respectively.By superposition and standardization of the accessibility of different functions,the function and structure of the dining space are superimposed,and the relationship between the function,structure and traffic accessibility of the dining space is obtained.Finally,the road network structure and distribution characteristics are characterized by calculating road grade and road density.By superimposing and analyzing,the distribution pattern of catering space,the function,structure and shape of catering space are obtained.The traffic environment is one of the important and prior factors for the selection of dining space location.From the urban planning perspective of "bottomup",this paper explores the spatial layout of catering space based on the traffic accessibility of Nanshan District,which has a better scientific and explanatory power,and provide evidence for the future urban dining space construction and planning. |
