With the progress and development of society,people’s lives have become increasingly inseparable from information technology,and enterprise management information systems are also widely used in the operation of enterprises.Almost all business activities and related work contents within the company are run within the management information system.The information-based work environment provides information service platforms for the company’s basic business activities and provides customers with convenient service channels.In the day-to-day operation and operation of information-based enterprises,an information-based work environment has brought convenience to companies in their daily business activities,often accompanied by insecurity and instability.How to govern the information security of the enterprise,protect the information of the enterprise from the perspective of management employee behavior,and avoid corresponding risks.As the power industry of the energy pillar industry,the State Power Grid Company’s primary power supply unit T Power Supply Bureau earnestly implements the relevant information security system of the State Grid Corporation,and continues to push the company to fully implement information security management.This article summarizes information security related documents at home and abroad,and builds a research model of employee information security behavioral risk theory based on the actual information security problems in the T Power Supply Bureau,and analyzes in depth the reasons for the existence of employees’ information security risk behaviors in the T Power Supply Bureau.,information security atmosphere and related management systems and other aspects to explore the relevant variables affecting the T-power bureau staff information security behavioral risks.On this basis,the T-Power Supply Bureau employee information security behavioral risk survey questionnaire was designed and compiled,and an on-site questionnaire survey was conducted on the employees of a subordinate company of the T Power Supply Bureau.A total of 178 valid questionnaires were collected.Through the statistical analysismethod of the structural equation model,the survey questionnaire data is measured and the structural model is analyzed.The results of the study show that the main causes for the formation of information security risk behaviors for employees of T Power Supply Bureau can be explained through management and implementation.From the perspective of management,the members of the leadership team of the T Power Supply Bureau have paid less attention to this issue,and the management system is not perfect.It lacks an information security supervision system and high-level professional personnel.From an implementation point of view,the information security awareness of grassroots employees in T Power Supply Bureau is not strong,and it is very easy to trigger information security risk.With the continuous deepening of this study,it was found that the T Power Supply Bureau wanted to ensure information security and comprehensively manage information security issues.The technical defects of information security could be completely compensated by raising employees’ awareness of information security.Finally,according to the research results,combined with the existing problems in the information security of the T power supply bureau,the countermeasures against the information security behavior risk of T-power supply bureau employees are proposed to reduce the information security risk behavior of T-power supply bureau employees.
