The Study Of Information System Project Security Risk Control In Smart Grid

In the background of the construction of smart grid within our country, the number and the scale of information systems projects construction is increasing, become more and more high-tech, and security risk has become even more standing out. Information systems projects often operate in a complex environment which filled with a lot of uncertainty and security risks affects the smooth realization of project objectives, therefore scientific and reasonable safety risk control is particularly important.This paper studied the information system project risk control in the smart grid. First, this paper analyzed the background and research status of smart grid information system project. On this basis, it studied the security risk of the smart grid information system project, and put forward the construction process of the demand for information security, according to the necessity of information system construction. Secondly, combining with present situation of smart grid information system project, and the paper analyzed the main problems of the smart grid information system, expounding the cause of the security risks, and security risk identification methods are put forward. Again, the paper constructed a kind of information system project safety risk assessment indicator system based on AHP, probes into the information system project safety management and risk assessment process, aiming at the security risk, put forward the solutions accordingly. Finally, this paper applied the safety risk management theory to practice, combining with information system project safety risk assessment case of BJDLGS, and verified the AHP evaluation system, and discussed the feasible smart grid information system project safety control method and safety protection measures. It has a certain reference valuefor information system construction in the smart grid construction.
