The development speed of modern cities is changing with each passing day,and the environmental vibration problems caused by activities such as transportation and construction in the process of urbanization are extremely prominent,this kind of artificial vibration has a serious impact on people's life and work.Therefore,it is very meaningful to study how to reduce these artificial vibration based on this social background,in which barrier vibration isolation is a method to reduce vibration.In recent years,many scholars have conducted a large number of field measurements,model test studies and numerical simulation analysis on the barrier vibration isolation as a vibration isolation measure to bring the barrier vibration isolation as a vibration reduction method into full play.Polyurethane is selected as the vibration isolation barrier in this paper,and a series of experimental studies and numerical analysis are carried out for its vibration isolation performance.Firstly,the types and characteristics of vibration waves in soil are explained based on the theory of elastic wave,and the mechanism of barrier vibration isolation is analyzed;Then the propagation and attenuation of vibration wave induced by harmonic load in soil are studied by model test,and the vibration isolation effect of polyurethane rigid foam barrier and polystyrene foam barrier is investigated in model test;Then,the application of finite element software ANSYS in dynamic calculation is introduced,and the main key problems in the analysis of soil vibration with ANSYS are briefly described,the numerical simulation of the model test is carried out based on these parameters,and the simulation results are in good agreement with the measured results,it is proved that the feasibility of using the numerical simulation method to study the barrier vibration isolation;Finally,the vibration isolation effect of rigid polyurethane foam barrier is analyzed by numerical simulation.The main parameters are the vibration frequency of the source,the size of the barrier and the distance between the barrier and the source.The model test results show that the vibration isolation performance of the polyurethane barrier is better for medium and high frequency vibration,and it is better than the vibration damping effect of the polystyrene foam barrier under the same conditions.The results of the parametric analysis of the polyurethane rigid foam barrier are shown:Vibration source frequency is one of the key factors affecting the isolation effect of barrier.Polyurethane rigid foam barrier can effectively isolatemedium and high frequency vibration.However,the effect of vibration isolation is not so perfect for low-frequency vibration,but it can also make the vibration get a certain degree of attenuation.The influence of the size of rigid polyurethane foam barrier on its vibration isolation effect is shown as follows:The deeper the barrier is,the better the vibration isolation effect is.The wider the barrier,the better the vibration isolation effect and the wider the vibration isolation area.The influence of the distance between barrier and vibration source on the isolation effect of rigid polyurethane foam barrier is shown as follows: the vibration isolation effect is better as the distance increases within a certain distance range.At the same time,the distance between the barrier and the vibration source should be greater than the buried depth of the barrier.
