Integral Steel Platform is a new type of formwork,which is used for high-rise building core tube construction.In order to adapt to the requirements of the green construction and to enhance the capacity of the Integral Steel Platform,we need to study the standardization of the Integral Steel Platform.This paper study the key technology of the Standardized connection of the Integral Steel Platform and its standardization design method.This paper mainly carries on the following studies:The first part of the paper is the structure system of construction formwork equipment of super high-rise building and how the formwork appears to work during construction.First,the composition of the Integral Steel Platform formwork system is carried out,then the key operation technology of the Integral Steel Platform formwork and the installation and disassembly technology of the Integral Steel Platform formwork are studied.The second part is the research on the influencing parameters of steel beam bolted connections ' bending stiffness of Integral Steel Platform.Some numerical simulations of steel beam joints of steel platform were carried out,considering the parameter of bolt size,the number of bolts,flange connection,using finite element model ABAQUS.Results showed that the influence of flange connection and bolt quantity on joint stiffness are obvious.The third part of the paper is the research on the influence of steel beam bolted joint stiffness on the platform structure of Integral SteelPlatform.In this paper,the influence of the decrease of bending stiffness of steel beam on the steel platform structure is analyzed.The results show that the reduction of the stiffness of the joint could change the bending moment distribution of primary and secondary beams,which could also cause the increase of the vertical deflection of the cantilever beam.The final part is the research on modular design method of steel platform system.According to the modular design method of supporting steel beam,the structural system composed of standardized beam node modules is regarded as the main force system of steel platform,and numerical analysis of the structure system is made.The modular design method of integral steel platform system has been implemented by successively determining the primary structure and adding the functional steel beams.
