| China’s super high-rise building construction technology has advanced significantly in recent years,and many well-known engineering projects now primarily use the integral steel platform lifting formwork system,which is a leading domestic and international construction technology.Construction on the entire steel platform takes place in a complicated and dynamic setting.Its safety and stability are essential since it is a critical technology in the construction of ultra high-rise buildings.It has been discovered that elements like human injury,equipment damage,environmental force majeure,or unforeseen circumstances may result in construction mishaps on the entire steel platform during long-term construction.This article uses the construction of the core tube of a super high-rise skyscraper as the research object to address the construction warning problem of the overall steel platform.The factors that have a significant impact on the construction safety of the overall steel platform are chosen on the basis of performing a thorough safety risk assessment.A construction risk warning system with cross-influence of risk factors is devised,Realize early warning and grading of overall steel platform construction hazards,taking into account the complexity of on-site risk factors and onsite monitoring condition.These are the specific research findings:(1)The safety risk level of the overall steel platform construction is assessed using the AHP-improved object element approach,and after screening,the risk variables that may have a significant impact on the construction safety are identified.First,to build the safety risk assessment index system,19 indicators were chosen from five categories,including personnel,equipment,environment,management,and technology.Next,the hierarchical analysis method was used to calculate each indicator’s weights.Finally,the risk level of the entire steel platform was determined by combining the improved physical element method,and the first three risk factors with the highest influence weights were screened out.(2)Create a construction warning strategy with linked risk variables.The ultra highrise steel platform is at the second degree of danger according to the safety risk assessment,and "personnel,equipment,and environment" are the three risk elements that have been ruled out.The primary indicators for the overall steel platform’s construction warning are chosen to reflect the equipment’s state of safety.In addition,the overall steel platform’s failure mode is examined from both a general and a limit state,and the accident’s course through the human-machine-environment system is examined.(3)Apply the established construction risk warning method to the project for verification: first,conduct finite element analysis on the overall steel platform structure,calculate the warning values of the fourth level equipment indicators,and convert the interference of personnel and environmental factors into reduction coefficients through finite element analysis;Secondly,develop a monitoring plan to monitor the stress state and deformation of the equipment structure.Read the measured data from the automatic monitoring platform and compare it with the reduced warning value to obtain the risk level of the equipment warning indicators;Finally,based on the principle of maximum membership,the final warning result of the super high-rise overall steel platform is obtained. |
