In the turbine power generation process,rely on the adjustment system to adjust the power and speed of the generator.Digital Electro-hydraulic Regulating System(DEH)is a commonly used adjustment system for steam turbine generators.It changes the steam turbine intake by changing the valve opening and adjusts the generator speed and power.Valve position control card is the core of DEH system,it is a servo control card.If the valve control card in the unit running process crash,broken,output error failure,will greatly reduce the DEH system reliability,but also bring security risks and economic benefits.This is contrary to the high reliability requirements that DEH systems are increasingly relying on.In this paper,through the study of DEH system in the valve position control card redundancy design and reliability analysis,to improve its reliability purposes.In this paper,the application of hot standby redundancy strategy,so that two valve control card at the same time running.Designed in the event of the main card failure,the standby card to take over the work of the switching process.And according to the actual needs of the design of the excessive switching strategy.At the same time,the reliability theory is used to calculate the reliability of the redundant valve position control card,and the switching function between the redundant valve position control card module is verified by the test method.The first chapter introduces the application of redundant reliability theory and valve control card.The second chapter describes the redundancy design and switching strategy of valve control card structure.Chapter 3: Reliability calculation and failure mode analysis of valve control card for redundant design.In the fourth chapter,the influence of the switching process of the redundant valve control card on its performance is studied in the simulation software.Chapter 5 sets up the test platform of the redundant valve control card,and designs the test to verify the redundant switching function.Chapter 6 is the conclusion and prospect of this paper.Based on the redundant design method,this paper gives the design scheme of redundant valve control card,analyzes its reliability and failure mode,and tests its performance by simulation and test method.After the theoretical and experimental verification,to achieve the design of redundant control valve through the way to improve the reliability of DEH system purposes.
