Servo-actuation system is the important subsystem of flight control system in civil aircraft. The reliability of Servo-Actuation system is a significant guide line of the flight control system design. Its probability will directly affect the reliability and safety of civil aircraft. So make researches on reliability analyse and design methods of servo-actuation system is a significative task.This paper aims at reliability analysis and design method of civil aircraft servo-actuation systems, including reliability modeling and analysis, redundant design, reliability modeling based on Petri-net and software realization of several methods in common use.The methods of reliability modeling and analysis in common use include reliability block diagram (RBD), fault tree analysis (FTA), fuzzy fault tree analysis (FFTA). The third chapter of this paper introduces methods of reliability modeling and analysis. First of all, introduces several basic models of reliability block diagram, establishes basic reliability model and mission reliability model of actuation system. And then expatiate the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of fault tree analysis, establishes a fault tree with "actuator immovable" as the top event. At last, introduces fuzzy fault tree to the analysis of actuator with an application example.Redundant design is an important work of servo-actuation system reliability design. In the fifth chapter introduces the contents of redundant design. Established reliability model of two redundant structure servo-actuation systems based on markov-chain, discuss the influence of failure rate and failure coverage to system reliability. Put forward a project of dissimilar-redundant servo-actuation system. Establishes its mathematics model and simulink model and analyses its performance when system is working normally and one track is failure.Design a suit of reliability analysis software based on Visual C++6.0, used for servo-actuation system. The software include RBD, FTA, Markov Chain, provide computer assistant tool for engineer, economize calculate time. Using of this software will save much time of calculate and analyse.Introduce petri net to reliability modeling of servo-actuation system. Introduce the fire rules and basic behavior of petri net.
