In order to solve the problem of under-maintenance or over-maintenance of traditional preventive maintenance of metro vehicles,this paper proposes a comprehensive opportunistic group maintenance model on the basis of traditional preventive maintenance strategies.Taking the influence of reliability into consideration,it optimizes the solution of preventive maintenance service age and opportunistic maintenance service age by genetic algorithm,and uses comprehensive clustering analysis method to group the service age.The goal of the paper is to optimize total maintenance cost and reduce the downtime of maintenance.On this basis,using the record data of the B-type vehicle of Beijing metro company as an example,shows that this new maintenance mode can effectively reduce the number of downtime repairs,extend the maintenance cycle,reduce the total maintenance cost.Meanwhile,this paper combines C# language with MATLAB and SQL database and build a maintenance decision system,visualizing the group-based maintenance decisions,so as to provide a basis and practical reference for the improvement of the modern repair system.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the inherent characteristics of metro vehicle fault data,this paper determines the best reliability analysis method: Maximum Likelihood Estimation(MLE)and K-S Test.Through MATLAB scientific programming calculation analysis,determines the fault data distribution type(weibull distribution)and its specific parameters and corresponding expressions;(2)In order to reduce the number downtime of maintenance and maintenance costs,this paper establish an opportunistic maintenance model for multi-unit component systems,proposes a group maintenance decision-new cluster analysis method for multi-component grouping,and proposes a comprehensive opportunity group maintenance strategy.(3)Using genetic algorithm in MATLAB to get the total maintenance cost of the key train components corresponding to the opportunity repair,group repair,and comprehensive opportunity group repair model.The comparison results show that:compared with traditional preventive maintenance,the three models each save 33.88%,48.69%,and 50.81% in maintenance costs and reduce the number of downtime by42.11%,63.16%,and 63.16%,which verifies the engineering applicability of the maintenance model.(4)Taking Combination with C# programming language,SQL Server database and MATLAB data analysis software,this paper designs a metro vehicle maintenance decision support system on the basis of maintenance strategy analysis and research.After operation and testing,it is proved that this system can effectively realize the functions of user information management,vehicle information management,reliability analysis,and optimization of opportunity group maintenance decisions.
