The research progress and application requirements of radar technology drive the rapid development of radar signal processing and data processing.Multi-target tracking is a common concern in the civil and military fields,and its theory and related algorithms have achieved brilliant achievements.However,due to the complexity and diversity of the actual situation,how to achieve multi-target tracking reasonably according to the demand still has its unique value.This paper mainly studies the data processing algorithm of traffic volume acquisition radar in multi-target situation.,analyzes each part of the system one by one,and performs simulation on it,considering the complexity and accuracy of each algorithm,and selecting an algorithm that is easy to implement and has high precision.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,tracking needs to process the measurement data from the target to maintain an estimate of the current state of the target.Kalman filtering is widely used in various fields as one of the most important optimal estimation theories.Based on the commonly used filter tracking algorithm,this paper considers the influence of noise on the error in the filtering process,adaptively adjusts the noise variance and filter gain,and reduces the noise interference.Secondly,in the case of multi-objectives,it is necessary to consider both data association and tracking issues.The Nearest Neighbor Data Association algorithm has a small amount of computation but a limited practical range,Probabilistic Data Association algorithm can achieve multi-target association in sparse echo environment,Joint Probability Data Association algorithm has good correlation performance but large computational complexity,etc,the application should make a trade-off between performance and calculation according to demand.In this paper,a variety of multi-objective data association algorithms are simulated and analyzed,and their achievability is considered according to actual requirements,and relevant conclusions are drawn.Finally,in this paper,according to the analysis and processing process of radar measurement data,according to the actual needs,the appropriate multi-target tracking algorithm is integrated to form a complete data processing algorithm.Then select the appropriate relevant parameters for simulation to achieve the start,filtering,association,and demise of the track,and analyze the system performance.In addition,by changing the value of the simulation parameters,the performance of the whole algorithm under different conditions is studied and analyzed,so as to ensure that the algorithm will not degrade the performance of the system due to objective conditions in the actual application,and verify the achievability of the algorithm.
