With the rapid development of social economy and the rapid rise of the civil aviation industry,the public’s concern for civil aviation safety has increased significantly.In order to meet the rapid development of operational needs,Airlines accelerate to improve flight reliability,making the operating costs,especially the cost of aircraft materials increased sharply.In order to reduce the cost,each airline company adopts the time-sharing monitoring means to monitor the aircraft status,and ensures the normal operation of flights according to the real-time aircraft data.However,the standard of aircraft performance depends entirely on the engineer’s personal analysis of fault information.As an urgent problem,how to find out the fault factors;how to get the relevant data in the air and make a judgment in advance;the process information is huge,the task is extremely heavy,decision-making pressure increases sharply,but due to the lack of a unified measurement standard in the industry,the accuracy is not good,how to make a standardized decision on the accurate judgment of fault information.According to the training requirement of Master of Engineering,the problem of fault message screening for aircraft performance monitoring in my’s own work is analyzed.The following work is accomplished in this paper:1.This paper combs and analyzes the fault information characteristics of Airbus A320 s aircraft and the factors affecting fault identification.Based on the failure information of 49 A320 s aircraft fleet of China Southern Airlines Shenzhen Branch for one year(from July 2016 to July 2017),this paper analyzes the principle of fault information generation and the characteristics of fault information of Airbus A320 s aircraft,and analyzes the factors affecting fault identification combined with practical work experience.And these factors affecting fault identification are analyzed to find out the mapping relationship between these factors and fault information.2.A fault detection model based on fault tree is established according to the factorsaffecting fault identification.Through detailed analysis of fault characteristics and fault information,this paper analyzes the key factors affecting fault screening,finds out the logical relationship among them,and finds four fault screening judgment factors: flight information,fault reporting components,key systems and fault message recurrence rate.Fault tree analysis is used to analyze the four key elements to obtain the logical relationship between the factors affecting fault diagnosis and fault tree.The fault tree is drawn by using the fault tree between different key factors,and the method of judging the authenticity of fault information is obtained.By qualitative analysis of fault tree,the structure function,minimum cut set and system identification algorithm flow of fault tree are obtained.3.According to the typical cases encountered in engineering practice,fault tree analysis is used to verify the fault tree model.Combined with the typical faults of Shenzhen Fleet of China Southern Airlines over the years,this paper selects representative faults,analyzes the fault principle and troubleshooting ideas,and analyzes them according to the fault tree analysis method,obtains the result of fault screening and verifies the fault tree model.4.Software design,engineering automation system,assistant engineer to identify fault code,and verify the practicability of the software.The failure warning of 742 Airbus A320 s aircraft was comprehensively combed.According to the fault screening elements,the fault is analyzed one by one,and then the 《flight segment judgment list》 and 《component judgment list》 are made.On this basis,742 items of 《Airbus A320 s Aircraft Fault Message Judgment Index Table》are generated by combining ATA chapters and Greenwich Time information in alphabetical order.Node.js is used to develop background program,write logic code,front-end implements related business through vue,front-end and back-end use fetch to exchange information,ensure the security and efficiency of information,at the same time,Vue is used to develop front-end,make component development smoothly,improve development efficiency,and use eslint to ensure code consistency.Sex and correctness make the quality of code better guaranteed in subsequent iterations.Finally,webpack is packaged to complete the release.The failure information of the whole fleet for the whole year is distributed to the engineers with the same level to judge and get the real probability of failure.And the fault information data are brought into different monitoring systems to verify the correctness and reliability of the fault message assistant screening system designed in this paper.Through practical tests,the correct rate and stability can be satisfied.The fault message assistant screening system designed in this paper upgrades the concept of fault diagnosis from the traditional comprehensive factor analysis to the logical analysis of key fault elements.The system can greatly reduce the dependence on the engineer’s professional level,and quickly relieve the monitoring pressure of the aviation department on the aircraft operation requirements.At the same time,it can effectively assist engineers to analyze and discriminate fault information,greatly reduce human errors,unify judgment intensity and standards,reduce the difficulty of engineers’ decision-making,and improve the reliability of fault diagnosis.Depending on the greatly improved fault screening accuracy,it can be carried out efficiently in the following aspects of troubleshooting,flight adjustment and reducing the consumption of aviation materials.If it can be widely promoted,the cost savings of the Shenzhen Branch of China Southern Airlines alone can reach hundreds of millions of dollars.
