Since 2016,the rapid development of technologies applied in the Internet, mobile payment and high-precision positioning has kick-started the appearance and development of pileless bikes in bicycle-sharing system. The existing shared bicycles have become one of the important transportation for urban residents. However, the gap lies wide between demand for existing shared bicycle and urban space capacity,;that is,the city is not spatially friendly for sharedbake travel, which requires people to actively pay attention to the characteristics of the shared bicycle riding from the perspective of planning and design. Therefore,in such a context, the understanding of the impact of the urban built environment on the demand for shared bicycle riding will help promote the efficient use of shared bicycles and the rational delivery of shared bicycles. This paper collects the full-time data of Mobike bicycle to build an environmental dataset, and employs GIS as a data entry and quantification platform, and spatial analysis and statistical analysis to describe and present the behavioral characteristics of all aspects of shared bicycle cycling in Shenzhen. At the same time, with the research results gained, the impact database of built environment is set up,including riding characteristics and land use and other spatial characteristics in different time periods.Variables extracted from 40 built environments to build principal component regression(PCA)models in different time sections.Through the principal component analysis based multiple linear regression(MLR)analysis, the factors of built environment that has an effect on the shared cycling behavior are discussed. The results show that the contribution of different such factors may impact shared bicycles travel, which varies from high to low: high quality built environment, main road demand, low cost space demand, undeveloped space demand, employment space demand, road traffic demand factors and other space demand factors. Finally, based on the analysis results of the previous paper, several strategies are put forwarded for optimizing the riding space environment of shared bicycles: 1.distinguishing the spatial maturity, for example, the shared bicycles should be deployed and arranged at various period of time to meet different meets;2.Taking into consideration of need for riding, space and types of transportation when planning, designing and choosing the service spots for shared bicycles;considering the actual demand for bike paths;improving the road load for shared bicycles and optimizing the Road continuity for a better travel experience;improving the bearing capacity of existing paths and their diversity;additionally building more bus stops and lines in place where bicycles travel is not welcome and buses hardly reach.
