Coating pipeline is an important production equipment in the industrial field,which is mainly used for non-woven fabrics processing and film production.There are many key technologies involved,such as tension control technology,temperature control technology,multi-motor synchronous control technology,humidity control technology and mechanical technology.This paper focuses on the field of motion control,and studies the tension control and multi-motor synchronous control technology.This paper first introduces the mechanical structure of the coating pipeline and the basic production process,pointing out the shortcomings of the existing equipment with low automation and poor control precision.An improved scheme is proposed,using a speed and tension sensor as a feedback component,a closed loop instead of an open loop,and a linear velocity coupling control method to improve the motor synchronization performance.In the actual control system,inovance PLC is selected as the controller,and it is proposed to use the servo drive with higher precision to control the coordinated operation of multiple motors to achieve the stability of speed and tension.Secondly,according to the principle that the tension is generated by the speed difference,the transmission model of the tension and speed of the multi-motor winding control of the coating pipeline is constructed.According to the variation characteristics of the parameters of the receiving/unwinding link,the fractional-order PID control based on the improved deviation coupling is proposed for the first time.The method forms a closed loop control whereby the control method replaces the original empirical control.The model is built and simulated by MATLAB/SIMULINK platform,and the advantages and disadvantages of other control methods are compared.The simulation results show that the fractional-order PID control method based on improved bias coupling has the advantages of fast response speed,superior synchronization performance and strong anti-interference ability,perfect for coating pipeline equipment.Thirdly,according to the control requirement of coating pipeline,hardware equipment selection and electrical design are carried out.According to the performance requirements,select inovance H3 U series PLC,allocate I/O address and design port wiring;match inovance IS600 P servo driver according to power requirements,select ISMH2 series AC servo motor matched with IS600P;select MWI-22061 tension signal amplifier according to tension range,design the circuit of tension detection device;and design the overall circuit and overall communication structure.Finally,according to the process flow of coating pipeline and the requirement of multi-motor synchronous control,the PLC program and the upper computer interface are compiled.According to the requirement of tension control,the acceleration and deceleration time and the main program of the system are designed,and the communication subroutine,synchronization subroutine and A/D conversion subroutine are designed.Meanwhile,the touch screen of the upper computer is designed as the human-machine interface to monitor and control the running parameters of the coating pipeline.
