With the construction and promotion of “One Belt and Road”in China,maritime trade will become more frequent in the future,while China’s water areas are vast,the coastline is long,there are many inland rivers and lakes,which causes the result that the accidents are high,the rescue is difficult.and the environment is complex and changeable.Ensuring the safety of navigation in the waters and improving the intelligence of rescue equipment in inland lakes and waters is an inevitable way.This paper combines the water search and rescue function with green energy and unmanned craft technology,and uses intelligent unmanned craft rescue to provide intelligent search,data collection,rescue equipment deployment,intelligent fire extinguishing and other aspects of water search and rescue for inland lake waters rescue.The function provides new ideas for water rescue and promotes the modernization of waters rescue.Therefore,this paper selects a new type of water rescue unmanned boat as the boat for test,and the specific research is as follows:(1)Firstly,through the fuzzy mathematics evaluation method,the selection analysis of the waters rescue unmanned craft is carried out,the weight set is established to analyze the required ship type,and the three-hull ship design scheme is determined through actual comparison.According to the design plan,the design of the main dimensions,center of gravity,superstructure and general layout of the required craft model is determined.(2)According to the similarity theory,the model of the unmanned craft test craft for inland lakes and waters was designed and fabricated.According to the overall design,the solar energy,windsurfing propulsion and propeller hybrid propulsion and control system were designed and installed.Based on this,the embedded intelligent control system was designed.Functional module design and production,including: intelligent fire extinguishing,human body recognition,intelligent search and rescue,self-propelled throwing rescue system.(3)Thirdly,the craft model was tested for watertight test,rapid performance test,swing test,roll test and pitch test according to the test requirements,and the system identification and analysis of the data of the rotary,roll and pitch test were obtained.The performance of the rescued unmanned craft is reliable.The test of the various functions of the rescued unmanned craft,the autonomous navigation test,the intelligent fire extinguishing test,the self-propelled life-saving ring test and the intelligent water search and rescue test verified the feasibility of the water rescue.(4)Finally,according to the needs of real-time rescue,a new water-based search system platform based on Internet is designed.According to the intelligent module of the Internet,the design of the new water-rescue unmanned craft upper-station machine is completed.According to the experiment and the autonomous navigation function,the water surface information is collected and transmitted.The test results show that the craft model designed in this paper meets the expected assumptions and can carry out waters rescue in inland lakes and offshore waters,which not only can improve the level of intelligent rescue,but also for the the actual application of unmanned boats and provides theoretical data support.
