As a new satellite deployment mode,CubeSat has gradually become the mainstream of small satellite development in remote sensing,communication,space security and other fields.Satellite constellation system,formed through network formation technology,can be used to monitor the ocean,atmospheric environment,ship,aerospace,aircraft and so on,and can also be used in space imaging,communication,atmospheric research,biological research,as well as new technology test platform and so on.Satellite mission management and attitude control are important guarantees for the normal operation of CubeSat in orbit,and are also the basis for the realization of other functions.Therefore,the design of a stable and reliable satellite mission management and attitude control system is an important part of CubeSat technology research.According to the functional requirements of CubeSat satellite mission management and attitude control,this paper designs a set of on-board computer hardware modules for satellite mission management and attitude control based on STM32 microcontroller.At the same time,the software design of satellite mission management and attitude control is realized on the basis of hardware,and its reliability is verified by experiments.In this paper,the overall requirements of satellite mission management and attitude control of 3U CubeSat are analyzed.On the basis of the analysis,the overall scheme design of satellite mission management and attitude control is completed,the functions and parameters of each module are introduced,and the communication mode between each module and the on-board computer is designed,and the hardware module of the satellite computer based on STM32 microcontroller is designed.Secondly,the 3U CubeSat satellite mission is analyzed,the satellite task is divided and the task priority is divided,the FreeRTOS operating system is selected as the task scheduling management platform to realize the satellite task management and scheduling,and the satellite software design is completed.Thirdly,the attitude control characteristics of 3U CubeSat are analyzed,the attitude control scheme and attitude control algorithm are determined,and the CubeSat attitude control software design is completed.Finally,the attitude control is simulated and analyzed,and the whole satellite software test,magnetic simulation experiment,high and low temperature experiment and telemetry and remote control experiment are carried out to verify the stability and reliability of the software and hardware design.
