The anti-impact capability of naval equipment is directly related to the vitality and combat effectiveness of naval equipment.In order to test the shock resistance of the new type of ship equipment,it is necessary to carry out the real ship explosion impact test.Although accurate data can be obtained from explosion impact test,the experiment has high cost and long cycle.Numerical simulation analysis of shock resistance of naval power equipment is a good supplement.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the anti-impact simulation method of naval equipment.In this paper,typical of a certain type of ship transportation equipment as the research object,according to the characteristics of the structure of the ship transportation equipment adopts dynamic design analysis method(DDAM),time domain analysis method and improved DDAM method three kinds of methods,such as the impact simulation analysis was carried out on the ship transportation equipment,,shock response characteristics of ship transportation equipment are studied.Finally,the analysis results of the three methods are compared,and the best simulation analysis method of ship transportation equipment is obtained.Firstly,according to the structural characteristics of ship transport equipment,the mixed modeling method of body-shell element of ship transport equipment is adopted,the simplification principle and grid quality requirements of complex ship transport equipment model are put forward,the finite element model of ship transport equipment is established,and the rationality of the finite element model is analyzed.Finally,a grid division method for key parts of ship transportation equipment is developed.Secondly,an improved DDAM method is proposed.The improved DDAM method is mainly based on genetic algorithm and improved recursive digital filtering method.Based on the improved DDAM method,the time-domain signal of shock response spectrum of ship transport equipment is obtained,which expands the engineering application scope of the shock resistance analysis method of ship equipment in GJB 1060.1-91.Finally,three anti-impact analysis methods based on Abaqus software are used to simulate the ship transportation equipment.The impact response characteristics of ship transport equipment are analyzed and the stress at the test point is checked safely.The weak parts of ship transport equipment against impact are obtained,which provides a reference for ship transport equipment against impact protection.Finally,the process and results of dynamic design analysis method,time-domain analysis method and the improved DDAM method are compared,and the advantages,disadvantages and applicable environment of the three methods are obtained,which provides a reference for the simulation analysis of the impact resistance of naval equipment.
