In the gas-solid two-phase flow fluid measurement system,the measurement of fluid parameters is of great significance for improving industrial production efficiency.At present,pressure measurement devices are often used for pipe flow velocity measurement,and the measurement range has limitations,and the measurement accuracy needs to be improved.Ultrasonic measurement of the fluid flow rate of the pipeline is a typical non-contact measurement method.Because the ultrasonic wave propagates in the fluid,it will produce different measurement results for the received signal because of the speed carried by the fluid itself.It can be accurately obtained by collecting and analyzing the measurement results.Fluid flow rate.For the ultrasonic measurement method,the measurement of the liquid flow rate in the pipeline has been widely applied,and the corresponding research and application of the measurement of the gas flow velocity in the pipeline are less.In order to explore the ultrasonic method for measuring the gas flow rate in the pipeline,the following research was carried out.In this paper,a scheme of velocity measurement in Ultrasonic Pipeline Based on STM32 chip is proposed.Compared with traditional chips,STM32 timer has 72 MHz output frequency,and high resolution ensures the accuracy of measurement.Ultrasound emission is generated by a universal timer.Ultrasound signal is received by interruption and transmission time is timed by timer 1.In the part of hardware design,this paper introduces the transmitting circuit,receiving circuit,bandpass filter circuit,logarithmic amplifier circuit,power supply circuit and so on.With the method of hardware filtering,the ultrasonic signal is filtered and filtered in three aspects: generation,transmission and reception,and the relatively accurate measurement signal is obtained.Aiming at the designed hardware circuit,the corresponding software program is compiled to coordinate the measurement of fluid flow in the pipeline.A simple experimental device is set up.Through the experiment,the designed ultrasonic measuring device is used to measure the wind speed at different positions and different wind speeds,and the relative error of the measuring speed is obtained by comparing with the standard wind speed.The selection of hardware circuit and the function of each module are introduced in detail,and the received data are calculated and filtered by software programming.Then the experimental data are analyzed to analyze the reliability of the measurement results and the stability of the experimental device.Finally,the completion of the project is summarized,and according to the current work of measuring fluid velocity in pipeline by ultrasonic method,the future work of this topic is prospected,in order to further improve the performance of ultrasonic method for measuring fluid velocity.
