| The control limit of the transmission section is that the section can transmit the maximum power on the basis of ensuring the safe and stable operation of the grid.Ensuring the transmission power of the section within the reasonable range of the limit is an important task for grid dispatch personnel,which is related to the safety of grid operation.At present,due to the increasing scale of power grid,complex and changeable operation mode and the reform of power market,there are higher requirements for the monitoring and regulation of power grid.The traditional power grid dispatching system has been replaced by the D5000 platform in recent years.In addition to providing powerful grid monitoring tools for operators,the dispatching system also provides a good development environment for researchers.Based on the D5000 platform,the intelligent online expert system of section quota and the intelligent quota prediction system are developed respectively.Based on the artificial intelligence,the online expert system of intelligent quota realizes the hierarchical decomposition and standardized reconstruction of complex grid stability requirement for the first time,and the paper stability requirement are stored in the database electronically in a way that can be recognized by the computer,forming the expert database of section stability requirement.Based on the abundant rule knowledge in expert database,the inference engine realizes the functions of monitoring and warning of power grid equipment and section,realtime matching of section quota and system log,and obtains good results in practical application.The intelligent online expert system of section quota effectively strengthens the monitoring ability of power grid dispatching and improves the safe and stable operation level of power grid.According to the calculation process of section control quota and the working principle of PSASP,the intelligent quota prediction system imports the online data of power grid into the database of PSASP after transformation.The system analyzes and calculates the quota of section in the future period by calling the executable program of the functional calculation module of PSASP.In the actual prediction of the limit of the Shiyan outgoing section,the system provides the future limit as a reference for dispatching personnel.The intelligent quota prediction system realizes the unification of the off-line calculation and the online data of the power grid.The system calculates the section stability limit more accurately than the dispatcher's prediction,which ensures the security of the power grid and improves the economy of the power grid.Besides the prediction calculation of section quota,there are more practical functions that can be developed,and it has important engineering application prospects. |
