| As a high-precision reducer,the RV reducer plays an increasingly important role in the industrial robot industry.Research and development of RV reducers has been regarded as a strong foundation for manufacturing modernization.As the main connecting part of the RV reducer,the mechanical parameters of the bolt are important.Firstly,the static simulation of the whole machine is carried out in ANSYS Workbench,and the mechanical change law of the bolt during the one-turn rotation of the crankshaft is analyzed.Secondly,the application sequence of the bolt pre-tightening force is simulated by step-by-step loading method,and different The influence of the application scheme on the mechanical properties of the whole bolted structure;finally,the multi-body dynamics is applied in ADAMS,and the force of blot when the different angles rotation of the cycloidal wheel,the initial installation angle of the cycloidal wheel and the load are applied to the reducer.As the angle of rotation of the crankshaft changes,the bolts are subjected to different forces.At the same angle of rotation,the force values of each bolt are different and the maximum distribution positions are different;the bolts are applied according to different application sequences and preloads.When the size is pre-tightened,the pretightening force of each bolt is different,and the deformation of the contact surface is relatively large at the joint surface of the pre-tightening bolt,and the deformation of the joint surface of the rear pre-tightening bolt is small;When the initial installation angle of the wheel and the cycloidal wheel rotate at different angles,the force of the bolt varies greatly,and the order of the bolts is different,but under a certain working condition,the force difference of the four bolts is small.As the load increases,the force changes of the bolts are basically similar,the bolts are gradually increased,and the increase is larger.Through the analysis of the mechanical properties of the bolts,reliable analytical data is obtained,which provides a reference for the design and assembly of the bolt parameters of the RV reducer.Figure57;Table18;Reference 52. |
