Since the main drive system of the rolling mill adopts a single-roll individual drive mode,it is necessary to achieve the synchronous control of the drag motor speed.When designing a multi-motor synchronous control system,the cross-coupling synchronous control structure is selected,and the synchronous controller is improved by the neural network algorithm.Considering the effect of the torsional vibration caused by the elastic connection on the synchronization,the research compared simulation experiments of the multi-motor system model with and without elastic shaft connection.The result proves that the torsional vibration phenomenon has obvious damage to the synchronization.In order to restrain the torsional vibration phenomenon in the single-roll individual drive system of the rolling mill and improve the synchronization,the first method adopted the disturbance compensation strategy,it designed the integrated disturbance load observer and compensated the disturbance.The simulation result show that the synchronization error reduced by 51.9% during the startup stage and 76.2% during the rolling load is disturbed.The second method is to introduce state feedback control,the method designed the fourth-order extended state observer,reconstructed the system state variables and the integrated disturbance,and achieved the state feedback control.The simulation results show that the time of synchronization error return to zero is reduced by nearly 77% in the startup phase,and the synchronization error is reduced by nearly 84.6% when the rolling load is disturbed.The synchronization is effectively improved.In the process of studying the improvement of synchronous controllers,different differences are taken as inputs to analyze the influence of different inputs on the performance of synchronization.Among them,the motor electromagnetic torque difference as an input has an effect on reducing the synchronization error;the roll speed difference input can shorten the synchronization error recovery time and significantly improve the synchronization.Figure32;Table2;Reference 43...
