| With the acceleration of the integration of global economic development and the improvement of science and technology,enterprises are facing more and more fierce market competition.High-quality products are the decisive factors for enterprises to win the competition.Therefore,how to improve the quality of manufacturer’s products has attracted worldwide attention from scholars and enterprises.For the railway passenger transport industry,ensuring the quality of emu and its subsystems is the primary task involving public safety.To improve the global competitiveness of our country’s high-speed EMUs,we must ensure the quality of EMUs,which requires EMUs manufacturing enterprises to strictly control the quality.Process quality control is the key link of quality control.On the one hand,process quality control guarantees the steady state of mass production of products,on the other hand,it can optimize product design by analyzing quality data.This paper focuses on the process quality control and optimization of the air conditioning cooling system of the z-type emu.Firstly,the theory and method of quality control are introduced.Then,according to the quality control characteristics of the air conditioning cooling system of the z-type emu,the typical quality problems are analyzed and modeled by using the fault tree method,and the weak links in the air conditioning cooling system production process are determined.Furthermore,measurement system analysis(MSA)and statistical process control(SPC)were used to analyze and control the manufacturing process corresponding to the weak links respectively from the perspective of the reliability of the quality data measurement system and the actual production system.The research work mainly includes the following aspects:(1)This paper summarizes the current quality control methods and the research status of the quality control of air conditioning cooling system at home and abroad,and expounds the basic concept,elements and methods of quality control.The methods of quality control-measurement system analysis(MSA)and statistical process control(SPC)are emphasized.(2)Explain the different functions and working principles of the Z-type EMU air conditioning cooling system,and use the FTA method to model and analyze the coolingfault of the Z-type EMU air conditioning cooling system.Through the modeling analysis,the weak link of the Z-type EMU air conditioning cooling system in the operation passenger and advanced repair stage is obtained.(3)In view of the above weak links,measurement system analysis(MSA)and statistical process control(SPC)are adopted to control the manufacturing quality of the z-type emu air conditioning cooling system from the aspects of measurement system and production system reliability.Firstly,the measurement system of air conditioning cooling system installation process is analyzed by MSA method,including the field data analysis by cross table method.According to the relevant evaluation standards of the measurement system,the problems of the measurement system in this process are determined,and corresponding quality control measures are taken accordingly.Second,combined with the actual production process of air conditioning cooling system of Z-type EMUs,the SPC method is used to control the quality of the manufacturing process of the weak link of the air conditioning cooling system,and the P-control chart is used to determine whether the process capability of the process meets the system requirements.Specific measures for process improvement and control were proposed. |
