Material sorting plays an important role in the industrial production process.With the extensive use of intelligent manufacturing in industrial production,the intelligentization of material sorting has gradually gained attention.In the traditional sorting system,the operations of loading,sorting and unloading in the material sorting process,which relies on manpower a lot,have many disadvantages such as low efficiency,low accuracy and low safety,in order to solve To solve the problem of intelligent sorting of products on the automated production line,this paper designs a visual sorting system based on industrial processes.This paper studies the sampling,palletizing,visual inspection and visual sorting in industrial processes.First of all,this study builds a hardware platform based on industrial process-based visual sorting system with CCD camera,PUMA robot,SCARA robot,CCM robot and PC as the core.Furthermore,a template matching algorithm combining edge detection and HOG feature extraction is proposed,and the application of material shape recognition and localization in visual sorting is studied.Secondly,establish communication between the host computer and each robot to realize remote control of the hardware system.Research and development of a dynamic display based on the upper computer,for the operating state of the lower computer,real-time acquisition of the hardware information of the lower computer and display in the configuration interface in a dynamic display.The material information collection and product traceability were studied,and the material information was collected through the establishment of the database.Finally,a feasible scheme based on PC-based multi-robot integration is proposed to achieve full automation in industrial processes.Through a large number of experimental verifications of this design,the feasibility and accuracy of the algorithm,as well as the feasibility and robustness of the system are verified.The success rate of sorting reaches 100%,and the total error of the center of the actual picking position of the system is less than 5mm.The need for automatic sorting of materials in actual industrial production processes.This design has great theoretical research value and industrial application value for the research of sorting system.
