Research On Feature-based Intelligent Process Generation Technology For The Aircraft Structural Parts

Combined with weapons and equipment pre-research fund,this paper mainly studied how to intelligently generate aviation structure NC technology by using the part manufacturing features.The main research results are the following:1.The paper redefines the manufacture feature and implements the automatic identification of features.According to the features of the study of aviation structure gives the manufacture features of the new meaning,and to make MBD 3D model as the only recognition basis,adopting hybrid identification method based on graph and rules implements its manufacturing features of automatic recognition and the extraction of feature information.2.Intelligent CAPP part feature information knowledge base is constructed.On the basis of the extraction of feature information,the manufacture feature information and machining process information of aviation structure is decomposed into feature cell,operating cell and cutting cell tertiary structure by the part information knowledge representation method based on feature,and all information are stored through structured XML technology.3.Adopting intelligent technology generation method based on improved ant colony algorithm,implements the aviation structure intelligent generating of NC process,which finally gets a optimal or near optimal process route,and by calling the corresponding CAM template realizes NC code automatically generated.4.The aviation structure intelligent process generating system is developed.Applied CATIA secondary development tools CAA and combined with the c++develops aviation structure intelligent process generating system which includes manufacture feature automatic recognition module,based on the features of intelligent process generated module and the NC code automatically generated with CAM template technology module.
