Research On Tourists’ Perception Of Safety Management Capabilities In Forest Parks And Influencing Factors Of Tourist Perception

The occurrence of tourism safety is one of the important factors that restrict the healthy development of tourism.Effective tourism safety management will help promote the healthy and sustainable development of tourism.In recent years,forest tourism in forest parks is developing rapidly,but it has also been accompanied by numerous tourist safety incidents.In order to further ensure the safety of tourists,and promote the healthy development of forest tourism,strengthening the safety management of forest parks is very necessary.Therefore,based on the perspective of tourists,this paper discussed the safety management capabilities of forest parks.This has enriched the research content of tourist safety management and tourist safety perception to a certain extent.At the same time,it has certain reference significance for the improvement of forest park safety management ability.Based on the theory of accident causation,this paper constructs a tourist perception index system for forest park safety management.Then,the entropy weight method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to calculate the evaluation of the forest park safety management ability from the personnel management,facility equipment management and environmental management.The results show that tourists are satisfied with the safety management of Sichuan Xiling National Forest Park,and the comprehensive perception evaluation of safety management ability is relatively good.Among them,tourists have the highest satisfaction with the personnel management of the forest park,and the lowest satisfaction with the environmental management work.From the specific indicators,tourists have high satisfaction with the management of forest parks in terms of safety protection and safety warnings,and are not satisfied with the health and safety management of accommodation and catering in and around the forest park.In addition,the number of tourists,employee safety awareness and safety skills are also considered to be weak links in the safety management of forest parks,which require the attention of forest parks.On this basis,based on the theory of expectation difference and experience economy,and based on the literature on the factors affecting the perception of tourists’ safety,this paper selects 16 possible influencing factors that may affect the perception of visitors’ ability to manage forest park safety.Through the ordered probit regression analysis,the influencing factors of the tourists’ perception evaluation results of the forest park safety management ability are discussed,and the influence model of the tourists’ perception results is established.The research results show that tourists’ age,occupation,education level,marital status,safety knowledge,safety behavior willingness,safety expectations,and the importance of the safety responsibility of the staff in the forest park to the tourists,the importance of the environmental safety status to the tourists,and the safety status of the facilities and equipment are important to the tourists.The six variables of degree have a significant impact on the perception of visitors.Finally,based on the research conclusions,this paper believes that the forest park should continue to increase the safety publicity and education of tourists,do a good job in safety early warning and public security management,increase the safety investment in facilities and equipment,further improve the staff training system,comprehensively build a safety supervision system,and further improve Safety management and improvement of safety management capabilities.
