In order to solve the problems of large energy consumption of conventional energy sources, low utilization efficiency of solar power supply and low reliability of power supply, the combined power generation system consists of photo-voltaic,solar thermal and biogas is designed. The system combines with photo-voltaic,solar thermal and biogas, and solar energy and biogas is needed which is clean energy to achieve zero pollution. For the problem of reliability of power supply, although the solar energy is greatly affected by the weather, the dual guarantee provided by the system is enough to solve problem of reliability of power supply. When the intensity of the solar radiation is insufficient, the battery and storage tank in the system is needed to supply electricity continuously. In cloudy or nocturnal night, the biogas system is started,so that the two can work together to supply power to users in the form of complementary power supply, and continuous supply of CPC-PV/T hybrid electric-thermal device combined with biogas unit power generation system is realized.CPC-PV/T is used in photo-voltaic and solar thermal electric device as a whole, the system is based on the existing CPC-PV/T system, the ORC,biogas and CPC-PV/T power generation system is combined to form a new generation system,It mainly consists of three sub-links,including CPC-PV/T system,ORC power generation and solar biogas. For the design of the system, firstly, the original data and basic load of the study area are detailed.According to the design principle, considering a certain generation margin, this paper will design a power generation system with a capacity of 15 k W.Then the CPC-PV/T,fermenter,ORC thermal generator, inverter, energy storage and control parts are selected or designed. The main economic factors of combined power generation system are analyzed in detail. Finally, the design diagram of photovoltaic/photothermal and biogas combined power generation system is designed.Three sub-links are described in detail, and the operation mode of system 3 is put forward to guarantee the reliability of power supply. The corresponding simulation model is established to analyze the performance of the system.By studying the system performance affected by the irradiance, environmental temperature and the water mass flow rate,we drew the following conclusions:With the increase of the inlet water flow rate, the thermal efficiency of the CPC-PV/T electric heating device increases sharply and then decreases gradually, and decreases with the decrease of irradiance under the condition of a certain influent flow rate. When theinfluent flow rate is 0.012kg/s,the thermal efficiency is the highest. When the ambient temperature is 0?and the influent flow rate is large, the thermal efficiency of the device is 0.The overall efficiency of the system is about 21.78%,which is about two times of the efficiency of the stand-alone photovoltaic /thermal power generation system. The results show that the system can not only achieve continuous power supply, but also improve the low utilization of single generation system.Therefore,CPC-PV/T hybrid electric-thermal device combined with biogas unit power generation system has a very broad prospects for development, and plays an important role in the construction of the national industrial 4 green energy patterns.
