A small combined power generation control system that utilizes a variety of clean energy sources is a promising technology.It has significant effects in solving the problems of scattered energy utilization,power supply quality at the end of the grid and improvement of energy efficiency.The existing research ideas mostly start from a view of overall aspects or use a certain kind of clean energy.However,the practical effect is not ideal and it is difficult to be applied widely.Under such background,the small-scale integrated power generation control system can not only use targeted clean energy sources,but also take full advantage of the terminal and intermediate energy converted in the system to maximize the use of energy.It can increase the rate of energy conversion and reduce environmental pollution,which has extraordinary significance to the sustainable development of society.In this paper,a set of complementary power generation control system combining solarthermal with biogas is designed to make simulated analysis for the system.First,the structure of the combined power generation control system was designed.The system is mainly composed of a PLC control system,a disc type solar thermal power generation system,a biogas power generation system and a waste heat utilization system.It is characterized by supplying heat and maintaining temperature of anaerobic tank utilizing the waste heat generated after power generation.As a result,the system can reduce energy loss and improve energy efficiency.Secondly,the control strategy was formulated and the system's PLC program design was designed according to the system organization.The control system mainly consists of four parts: the main program,the solar-thermal emitting electronic program,the biogas emission electronic program and the waste heat utilization control program.The software was simulated and tested and the wrong parts were modified.Finally,model building and test was processed in Win CC software.According to the analysis of the system,we learnt that when the rated power of the whole system reach 2KW,the working methods and time of each subsystem in the day through the automatic control can be simulated to verify the system's working possibility of proposed rural household power generation combining solar-thermal with biogas.According to the parameters of each subsystem device,an experimental platform for the rural household power generation system combining solar-thermal with biogas was constructed.The results showed that the system can achieve the purpose of controlling the room temperature by utilizing the residual heat while supplying electricity produced by solar-thermal with biogas for the households.The study provided theoretical basis for utilization of clean energy sources such as solar energy and biogas to supply power in rural houses.In summary,the PLC-based rural power generation control system combining solarthermal with biogas can reduce the loss of intermediate energy in the process of energy conversion and improve energy efficiency.The system can provide users with both electricity and heat.The applied energy is common solar energy and biogas which can be applied widely and easy to promote.In addition,the system is considering utilizing intermediate energy in the conversion process to achieve the idea of improving energy efficiency and using complementary energy sources,which provides new research direction for future energy application research.
