Bonding application technology has completed many innovations on manufacturing and assembly process in mechanical industry, which can efficiently solve the urgent issues, also significantly improve the production efficiency and quality.Currently the technology has been widely used in aerospace, military and civil various industrial fields. As one kind of adhesive materials for metal structure bonding, curing anaerobic adhesive perform excellent with the one component, solvent free, room temperature fast and so on.It has been applied widely in bolt fastening, seal assembling. After years for theoretical and practical work, anaerobic adhesive has long been known as the mechanical industry in the edge of technology. This paper will investigate the optimal performance parameters through orthogonal experiment on different bearings and liner of the aircraft to meet the design requirement, which can provide experimental evidence for the airworthiness certification. The main content and contributions of this paper are as follows:(1)Adhesive performance based on different substrates, including steel-steel,steel-aluminum,steel-titanium,titanium-titanium,and titanium-aluminum,showing better property on steel and aluminum material than Ti alloy.(2)Adhesive performance based on different match clearance. And according to the real aircraft selection, there will be 3 models of clearance to prove that clearance having very little affection on the adhesive strength.(3)The experiment result shows coating acceleration will reduce and increase the adhesive strength.(4)As important factors of adhesive property, curing time and temperature should be considered as environment influence on bonding force value.
