In recent years,with the depletion of fossil fuels,more and more serious environmental pollution,increasingly prominent energy and environmental issues,distributed generators are more and more widely used.As effective management of distributed generators,microgrid has gradually become a research hotspot.The microgrid has four kinds of typical operation states: grid-connected operation,island operation and the transition between grid-connected and island operation.The control strategy of microgrid should change with its operation state,to guarantee its stability.However,for the multi-microgrids composed with multiple mcrogrids,it can't be divided into four different operation modes.In addition,during the operation of multi-microgrids,the voltage amplitude and frequency of a node may be different from the set value.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes an operation control strategy for multi-microgrids,which is based on the local operation state conversion.And a consensus control strategy is added on it to realize the coordinated control.(1)Use simplified distributed generator model,connect DG to multi-microgrids through inverter interface.Build the DG and its control model with Simulink,according to the PQ,V/f and droop control method.(2)Three layer hierarchical control structure is developed,which is suitable for multi-microgrids.A coordination control strategy is proposed based on local operation state transition to realize fast switching of operating state of multi-microgrids.(3)Divide the operation state of multi-microgrids by analyzing the effective control modes of its hierarchical controllers,formulate the transition scheme between different operation states according to the trigger events existing in the multi-microgrids.Thus,it depresses duplication of multi-microgrids operation states formulated by the characteristics of components,reduces the complexity of operation control.(4)Study consensus control of multi-agent control,propose consensus control strategy for multi-micrgrids based on the hierarchical control strategy mentioned above.Present the implementation and setting method of consensus controllers in the light of the DG control modes.(5)Based on the CIGRE model,a multi-microgrids is extended,and the simulation platform is built by Netlogo and Simulink.The simulation results show that the proposed strategy can realize operation state transition quickly and efficiently,effectively ensure the stability of the voltage and frequency and continuous reliable power supply for important loads under every operation state.After joining the consensus control,the proposed control strategy can realize the regulation of voltage and frequency without difference,ensure the consensus operation of multi-microgrids,and strengthen the quality of power supply.
