From the beginning of the twenty-first century,along with the gradual depletion of traditional energy,development and utilization of renewable energy sources has become a hot topic of the energy industry,and renewable energy technology has also developed rapidly.In order to enhance the absorptive capacity for renewable energy generation,traditional distribution network will gradually become active distribution network(ADN).Active distribution network is able to control and manage distributed energy resource(DER)actively.Scheduled maintenance is necessary for regular operation of the distribution network and directly related to economic interests of utility companies and reliability of power supply.Active distribution network contains three types of distributed energy resource: distributed generation(DG),electrical energy storage(EES)and controllable load(CL).Electrical energy storage and distributed load could be controlled in maintenance process,thus maintenance plan of active distribution network has potential ability for optimization.This paper takes distribution network with photovoltaic/energy-storage systems and controllable loads(CL)as example to study effects of ADN on distribution network maintenance,and proposed a bi-level optimization model.Sub model is single equipment maintenance optimization model.It considers weather effect on power output of photovoltaic system,and reduces power loss by setting energy storage systems and controllable loads.Main model is whole maintenance schedule optimization model.It takes storage capacity into consideration,and the optimization objective is to reduce economic loss.According to characters of the model,this paper chooses chaos particle swarm optimization(CPSO)algorithm and hybrid particle swarm optimization(HPSO)algorithm.For active distribution network with micro grid,improve former model to adapt to island operation mode of micro grid,thus get active optimization model for active distribution network with micro grid.Based on the IEEE 33 node system,and verify the validity of the model through case study.Since renewable energy has randomness and volatility,prediction error of photovoltaic power generation would bring certain risks to maintenance scheduling Through the establishment of photovoltaic power generation output uncertainty model,this paper estimates outage out of maintenance plan,and proposes a method of risk management based on automatic load demand response.
