With the guidance of national policies and the depletion of fossil energy,new energy has entered a rapid development stage,but opportunities and challenges coexist.Using new energy can make the operation cost of the power grid reduction,which is helpful to save energy and reduce emission;however,the power of new energy and load is usually random,what is more,the grid dispatching sustains greater impact by high penetration of new energy.The utilization of energy storage system,demand response and the adjustment of reactive power output equipment make the scheduling more flexible and controllable.Based on the above background,this paper makes a research on the optimal dispatch of active distribution network given that the source load uncertainty and the source-load-storage coordination.The specific research contents are as follows:Considering the uncertainty of source and load has a great influence on the active distribution network scheduling,based on Copula theory,Monte Carlo simulation and synchronous back-substitution method,a multi-scenario dispatch model is established.The results show that the coordination of source load and storage can reduce the operating cost of distribution network and reduce the fluctuation of the power of the tie line.Because of considering the uncertainty of source load,a scheduling result with low operating cost and good response to source load uncertainty is obtained.Given the problems of long optimization time,weak protection of local privacy and uncertainty of the source and load power faced during the centralized optimization,a day ahead optimization of hybrid AC/DC active distribution network is established given the coordination of source load and storage.A strategy of combining the hierarchical and distributed optimization among regions is proposed.The research shows that the proposed strategy can fully deal with the uncertainty of source and load,save optimization time and protect data privacy.Considering that the prediction error of source and load power decreases synchronously with the time scale,an intra day rolling optimal dispatching model of hybrid AC/DC active distribution network is established.The Alternating Direction Method of Multipliers and the idea of model predictive control are used to solve the model.The results show that: the established model can protect the data privacy in the region,revise the results of the day ahead optimization in a rolling way,which has strong practicability.
