Offshore wind power is currently one of the fastest growing renewable energy sources.At present,while China's offshore wind power industry continues to expand its market scale,it shoulders the arduous task of improving quality and reducing costs at the same time.The foundation of wind turbines accounts for a large proportion of the cost of wind farm projects,so optimizing the foundation structure and improving the utilization rate of the material strength is an effective way to reduce the cost of wind power.Relying on the "Offshore Energy Island Innovation Project",this paper conducts research on the optimization method of the monopile foundation structure of offshore wind turbines.The specific research contents include:1)Identify the key points of the optimization problem:Based on the design theory of the monopile foundation structure of the offshore wind turbine,the pile diameter,wall thickness,and the depth of the segmented points are designed as design variables,maximum stress and pile displacement are designed as constraints,and the minimum total volume as optimization target.Determine the load on the monopile foundation and its calculation method basing on its mechanical characteristics.2)Intelligent optimization algorithm improving:For the purpose of monopile foundation optimization,based on the standard particle swarm optimization algorithm,the quantum motion characteristics and Cat mapping chaos perturbation mechanism are introduced,chaotic quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm CQPSO for monopile foundation optimization is proposed;3)Optimization method programming implementation:write the main program of the CQPSO optimization algorithm with MATLAB as the platform,run ANSYS in batch mode as a structural calculation tool,build mutual calls and data interaction mechanisms between software,establish a joint programming structure optimization method based on CQPSO and ANSYS.4)Practical application and effect analysis:The optimization method proposed in this paper is used to optimize the monopile foundation structure of an offshore wind turbine,and the same foundation is optimized using the zero-order and first-order optimization methods.The optimization results are compared to explore the feasibility and superiority of the proposed method in this paper.In this paper,a structure optimization method of offshore wind turbine monopile foundation based on CQPSO and ANSYS is finally constructed.In the practical application process,this method finally reduces the total volume of the original structure by 26.44%,and the optimization effect is significantly improved compared with the zero-order and first-order methods.
