| With the improvement of living standard,the frequency of the passenger cars replacement is greatly accelerated.PSA has a growing number of new projects and shorter development cycles to meet the needs of the Chinese market.From the project itself,the original project management method can’t meet the project timming requirements.At the company level,multi-projects can lead to critical processes,time,and manpower.Therefore,setting a set of effective multi-project development schedule is the top priority of PSA in the aluminum wheel project management.The key chain technology is a new kind of project progress management method.Compared to the traditional project schedule management style(critical path method,planning review technology),the organizational behavior of the people and the coordination of project bottleneck resources are also considered.The core of its schedule management is to manage the project’s buffer time to achieve the time control of the project.In this thesis,we take two projects of the aluminum wheel hub of the PSA as the example,and in the development of the new project,the key link technology is applied to find the critical path and resource bottleneck of the project.According to the characteristics of the project itself,we decompose the project into WBS,list the process chart and logical relation,draw the network chart separately,set up buffer area reasonably,and finally draw up a new project development plan.Comparing the plan with the original PSA aluminum alloy wheel project,the advantage of critical chain technology in China’s PSA aluminum alloy wheel project is illustrated.Finally,through the application of the key chain technology in the China project of PSA aluminum wheel,the level of the management of PSA aluminum wheel project was improved. |
