Research On Electromagnetics Conventor Device Design And Its Output Calibration Method

The propagation of electromagnetism is the basic media in modern information society,but electromagnetic interference is based on distributed field theory,electromagnetic pollution control is also a comprehensive technology system,it has wide demands in military field.Electromagnetic safety and electromagnetic stealth are becoming the core technology in military field.As the way to prevent electromagnetic interference,the core electromagnetic processing technique,the design and test method of electromagnetic convertor becomes the focus of the industry.First of all,the present paper briefly describes the research background after studying electromagnetic principle and virtual instrument technology.Secondly,this paper analyzes the detailed design of electromagnetic conventor device according to the requirements,and also compared the design solutions.The third,the paper optimizes the fitting algorithm of the error measuring instrument which named segment polynomial fit.The segment polynomial fit method is more suit toreal-life scenario and it also improved the measurement accuracy.At last,the paper describes the test procedure which tests the electromagnetics conventor by error measuring instrument.The key index of electromagnetics conventor such as static error,tracking error,transient process,stability error were reach the standards,which indicated the design of electromagnetics conventor is excellent and meet the needs of requirement.There is still room for improvement of test protocol of electromagnetics conventor,because of the limit of test environment.The test protocol of electromagnetics conventor can simulate the performance of electromagnetics conventor device working under production enviroment.The test protocol can make sure the test method iscorrect and scientific.The test protocol can save the test cost,and it also can simplify the test procdure so that it can shorten the test period.
